Day
1 Kochi
Arrival at Kochi International Airport /Kochi or Thrissur
Rly. Station. Drive to Munnar. En-route visit
Cheeyyappara Waterfalls - The waterfalls cascade down
in seven steps. It is a real feast for eyes. Check-in
to a Hill Resort at Munnar. Munnar is situated at the
confluence of 3 Mountain streams. 1600 m above sea
level, this hill station was once the summer resort of
the erstwhile British Government in South India.
Sprawling tea plantations, rich tropical forests
abound in flora and fauna- some of them are very rare
and exotic.
The rich flora often paints the valley with colours.
The lakes, mountains peaks, valleys, wildlife
sanctuaries are other major attractions here. In the
afternoon proceed for a visit to Anayirangal Dam OR a
visit to Pothamedu – from here an excellent view of
the tea coffee and cardamom plantations in Munnar.
Back to resort.
Day 2 Marymoor
After breakfast proceed to visit Marayoor- This is the
only place in Kerala that has a natural growth of
Sandalwood trees. The caves with murals and relics
from New Stone Age Civilization and the children's
park spread across a hectare of land under the canopy
of a single Banyan tree are of great interest to
visitors. On the way back to Resort visit
Rajamali-Eravikulam National Park. This is the natural
habitat of the Nilgiri Tahr. The highest mountain peak
in South India, Anamudi is located in the southern
region of the Park.
Afternoon visit Mattupetty - Situated at a height of
1700 m, Mattupetty is known for its highly
specilalised dairy farms. Over a 100 varieties of high
yielding cattle are reared here. The Mattupetty Dam
& lake is another beautiful picnic spot. Boating
facilities are available here. The sprawling Kundala
tea plantations and the Kundala Lake are other
attractions in the vicinity. Then proceed to Eco-point
-this scenic place gets its name from the natural eco
phenomenon here. Then proceed to Top Station this is
the highest point on the Munnar - Kodaikanal road. The
rare plant Neelakurinji belongs to this region. This
plant blooms once every twelve years bathing the hill
sides in bright blue. Top station also offers a
panoramic view of the neighboring state of Tamil Nadu.
Return back to Resort. 
Day 3 Thekkady
After breakfast check-out from Resort and proceed to
Thekkady(Periyar). Check-in to Resort at Thekkady.
Afternoon - Plantation Tour - covers cardamom, pepper,
coffee and tea plantations, tea factories, tribal
settlements and the surrounding hill regions .Back to
Resort.
Day 4 Periyar
After breakfast proceed for a Boat cruise on the
Periyar Lake to visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary -
lying close to the plantations, in the rich jungles of
Periyar in Thekkady .The splendid artificial lake
formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar
river adds to the charm of the Sanctuary. This is the
only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique
experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from
the safety of a boat on the lake. Back to the
resort.Check out and proceed to Kumarakom.Check in to
a Lake resort in Kumarakom.
Kumarakom - An unbelievably beautiful paradise of
mangrove forests, emerald green paddy fields and
coconut groves interspersed with enchanting waterways
and canals adorned with white lilies. Situated on the
Vembanad lake, in this small water world you'll come
across plenty of traditional country crafts, boats and
canoes which will take you in to the heart of the
scenic lake. Evening visit to Pathiramanal in a speed
boat. The 10 acre Island on the backwaters is home to
many rare varieties of migratory birds from different
parts of the world. Return back to Resort.
Day 5 Kumarakom
After breakfast a visit to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary
(optional). Check out from Resort and Check-in to a
Houseboat for a 24 hours stay.
A glide in a Houseboat (Kettuvallom) through the
enchanting backwaters is sure to rob your heart. Palm
fringed narrow canals winding through the vast expanse
of panoramic sight one can never forget.
The Houseboat - it is a private guest house cruising
the backwaters in pomp and splendor. Fully furnished
spacious bath attached bedroom, private balcony cum
dining room, hygienic kitchen, sundecks, side decks
with comfortable chairs to capture the beauty of the
lagoons are the interior set up of the Houseboats.
The cuisine is of traditional Kerala flavor alongwith
the local specialities.Move toward Alappuzha.
Overnight in the Houseboat.
Day 6 Alappuzha
Check out from the Houseboat at Alappuzha and proceed
to Cochin.
Check in to a deluxe Hotel. Afternoon Cochin
Sightseeing Tour - visiting Cultural & Historical
Important Places ( Motorboat cruise on the backwaters
of Cochin for 3 hours). Evening free time for
Shopping. Back to Hotel.
Day 7 Cochin
After Breakfast Check - out from the Houseboat and
proceed to Kochin Airport OR Kochin / Thrissur Rly
Station, and then return back to Hometown.
